Exporting Cryptographic Key Containers

Hi all,

I'm trying to use aspnet_regiis to export a cryptographic key container like
this:

aspnet_regiis -px "MyContainer" "c:\MyContainer.xml" -pri

I keep getting the message "Safe handle has been closed Failed!"

Anyone familiar with this, or with what might be causing it? It's a
machine-level key container, and I'm able to encrypt and decrypt data with
it properly in an application I've set up. Any ideas?

Thanks
