IPv6 / ASP.NET 1.1 / XP SP 2

Hi all,

struggling with my web project and ASP.NET 1.1.
Situtation:
The network infrastructure changed to IPv6 and now I cannot open any web
project with the VS IDE on my local machine.
Found some information about this problem at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818262. I also did a reinstallation of the
Service Pack 2 for XP.
But this didn't help either.

The web project still cannot be opened through the IDE.

Can someone help me out with this problem?
