aspnet_compiler + dll

Ok, I have asp.net 2.0 site. I use VS2005.
My code use some .net dll which I have in bin folder and it work without
problem when I compile site by VS2005, but how I can add this dll file to
aspnet_compiler?

=================================================
aspnet_compiler -f -v /mysite C:\site\work -p c:\site\code -u -c
-errorstack
=================================================

and it told my
=================================================
c:\1\site\ps\petstore\LayoutParts\SessionWork.ascx .cs(11): error CS0246: The
typ
e or namespace name 'Business' could not be found (are you missing a using
direc
tive or an assembly reference?)
=================================================
where 'Business' it is namespace code from my dll (which in bin folder)
Looks like compiler didn't see this namespace.
1. How add this?
2. How I can see which params VS2005 use to build my project?
