Invoking an exe file

I tried the code bellow and I am getting an error:

Settings\\Eugene Anthony\\Desktop\\mplayer\\mencoder.exe -lavfopts
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_fram es MAX.mpg -o
vuurwerk1.flv -of lavf -ovc lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=flv:vbitrate=500:autoaspect:mbd=2:mv0:trell :v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3:

The error is:

specified"} System.Exception {System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception}
How do I solve the problem?

the FileName should just be the filename, not filename and args.

No errors but the process does not function.
