Enterprise lobrary 2.0 Please help

In my project we are using webservices to fetch data from the SQl server.
For logging exceptions we are using Enterprise library 2.0.
We are logging in the eventvwr of the web server.
its working fine in the development server but when i deploy the web site in
the production server exceptions are getting logged only if there is any
exception in the UI code but if the exception occurs in the webservice it
doesn't get logged in place of that configuration error page comes and
following exception gets logged
Please help me as i have tried everything i could get from net but of no avail
