SqlStateClientManager.cs

Hi,

Does anybody know where I can fid the file SqlStateClientManager.cs?

It is the source for Sql Session State provider. Accoriding to Microsoft
it should be available (they advise looking at it to understand how
providers work) but I don't seem to be able to find it in my Visual
Studio directories.

I have VS2005 Pro, but I believe one of my colleagues has a team
edition, so should we be able to find it, or is ther esomewhere I can
download it?

Thanks.
Paul
