Ajax problems after updating from RC1 to release 1.0

Hi.
i developed an application using ajax RC1 (from beta 2 to RC1)... it
worked fine till i've installed 1.0
Now application works fine, but neihter partial postbacks and
updateprogress goes.
Every control in my page causes a global post back, instead of partial
postback.
Someone can help me?
There is some setting i've to set?
Some old deault value...
I cannot find the problem...
