Setting up multiple date formats on IIS

Hello,

Where I work, we are hosting several ASP.NET web applications on
Windows Server 2003. Each application needs to have a different date
format. What is the best way to implement this?

I have tried setting up a different user account / application pool for
each application, but the registry settings containing the date format
are removed if the user is not signed in, so any changes to the date
format are lost, and when the application is started again, it uses the
default setting.
