XHTML & frames

I am working on a page with frames. I used to get warnings "Validation
(XHTML 1.0 Transitional): Element 'frameset' is not supported." so I
changed the <!DOCTYPEelement:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Frameset//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-frameset.dtd">

btu I still get those warnings, what else should I change?
All the code looks like this:

<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" CodeFile="CAPA3.aspx.cs"
Inherits="Default2" %>

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Frameset//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-frameset.dtd">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" >
<head runat="server">
<title>Untitled Page</title>
<link href="CSS/Test.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<frameset border="0" rows="15%, *">
<frame id="status" src="StatusFrame.aspx" />
<frameset border="0" cols="210px, *">
<frame id="options" src="OptionsFrame.aspx" />
<frame id="main" src="LoginPage.aspx" />
</frameset>
</frameset>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>

The proper markup/position of frameset/frame element is as follows:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" >
<head runat="server">
<title>Untitled Page</title>
<link href="CSS/Test.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
</head>
<frameset border="0" rows="15%, *">
<frame id="status" src="StatusFrame.aspx" />
<frameset border="0" cols="210px, *">
<frame id="options" src="OptionsFrame.aspx" />
<frame id="main" src="LoginPage.aspx" />
</frameset>
</frameset>
</html>
