SQLDUMPExceptionHandler with SQL2000 view with Top 100 Percent

My ASP.NET application contains a form with drop lists for filtering
data. The lists are populated from views in SQL Server 2000. One view
includes a sort command and selcts the Top 100 Percent of the records
from a clients table. Everyting works just find with my test data.

I imported 2200 clients into my clients table and now receive an
SQLDumpExceptionHandler error. If I change the view to select the Top
99 Percent of the records I do not receive the error. It appears that
the number of records being returned in the view is causing the
problem. I am populating drop lists from a data reader. Any ideas?
