.NET page old Javascript

Hi

I changed a couple of things on the server
among them - Javascript include

I started testing - seems like uses old Javascript
I renamed Javascript file - does not seem to notice
gets it from SOMEWHERE

I recycled IIS - no help

the browser caches script files. hit refresh.
