ASP.NET 2.0 Configuration of directory access

In VS2005, you can configure the directories and membership access. I cannot
find out where it stores the access lists for restricted directories.

Any ideas ?

In web.config! It's location based entries for system.web in web.config.

btw, I don't think "VS 2005" "can configure the directories and membership
access"... I think you are referring to something else... like ASP.Net Site
Configuration.
