webservice application reference

Hello .
i wrote a webservice which his name is :
http://www.sharonhak.somee.com/SmsWe...eRecevier.asmx
but i cant reference to it from another application .
What should i do to get over this problem ?

Did you try to add a web reference to your other application? Did you
get an error when you did? What error?

Yes I tried Adding a web referance to the other application..
The WebService was found..
But the AddReferance TextBox staied Disabled ..not allowing me to add
the WebService
