Access table to XML displayed in TreeView

I have used Access to convert the Employees table from the Northwind
sample database to an XML file. I have then tried to display the XML file
in a web page using the TreeView control. The difficulty is that the XML
file isn't quite in a format that is conducive to this exercise, i.e. I
cannot arrive at the situation where each employees name is displayed as a
list in the TreeView control and then I can access their details just by
clicking it. Instead I end up with with a continuous list that just
repeats the word 'Employees' with each employees details below.

Is there a simple solution or work around for this problem ?
