Get user profile variable value. Please, need some help.

Hello,

I can I get a profile variable value, for example, city, for a certain
user which is not the one that has login.

I get that user by its username:

Dim user As MembershipUser = Membership.GetUser(tbUsername.Text)

Thanks,

Miguel
