Double apostrophe in SQL Problem

MRW
I'm working with an Access 2002 database. Whenever I entered
information from a from into the database, I replace every apostrophe
with a double apostrophe as everybody has suggested. However, at least
with Access 2002, it doesn't save as one, but saves as two.

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this?

Thanks for any help!
