deploy issue

I deployed my asp.net app to the server and when i try to render the page
via the browser, All i see is the name of all the text boxes, labels, etc.
what would cause this

Is the .NET Framework installed? Is it turned on?

how can i tell if its turned on on that server?

Go into the IIS manager and check the status for the Web.
