Open page with: Frame + specified Page inside

Hallo,

by a Label on a .aspx page
(and the <a href="..."tag behind it)

I'm able to open an .html page with :
a Frame on the left
and
on the right
the page #1 (among all the ones #1,#2,#3,#4... listed on the left Frame)

But if I want to display
not the #1 page,
but the #3 page ?
Is there a way, a tecnique, a workaround...

I have problems because it always
appears the #1 page.
