Search Engine Spider and Culture. Might be a strange question.

Hello,

This might be a strange question but here it goes:

When a search engine spider, such as Google's, visits an Asp.Net 2.0
web site, to index its pages, what Culture does the web site considers?

Thanks,
Miguel

I believe it should be determined by the http headers / meta tags of the
final page output.

For example:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-2022-JP">

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Language" CONTENT="en-GB">

or HTTP header
Content-language: en-GB
