Mobile WebForm, etc. in VS 2005 Web Application Project - where?

I noticed that if you start a new WebSite style project, your "Add New"
context menu item shows Mobile WebForm, Mobile UserControl, etc. in the list
of item types.

However, if you start a new Web Application Project, they are nowhere to be
found. ScottGu's blog says they are supposed to be installed with the VS2005
SP1 service pack which I've installed, but - no joy.

I see zip files for them in the /Common7/IDE/etc. but I'm not sure if they
are the right ones or what to do with them if they are.
