I am learning .NET 2.0 (C#, VB, ADO.NET, ASP.NET) and I am looking for a
well designed and coded database application - prefably using SQL Server
2005 and ASP.NET.
Could you give me a link to such appliacation or send me source?

If you're really brave, there's the dotnetnuke code over at
http://www.dotnetnuke.com. It's rather advanced, but still nice. Also, MS
does have some download starting blocks that you can find over at
www.asp.net that could help get things rolling.
