Sharing Resources (Globalization/Localization)

Hi

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to share Resource files between an ASP.NET and a Windows(WinForms) project? And if so, how :o)

The situation:
A colleague and I is working on two projects. He is making a Windows program and I have to make a Web-version of his program, with a little less functionality than the Windows-application.
We need more languages and therefore we use Resource files, then I thought "Hey, lets share them, it's the same labels and so on", We agreed to make a third project containing the Resources files, but now I don't really know how to accomplish this? :o/
