Question about working with subdomains

Hi,

Developing ASP.NET apps with subdomains in mind is new to me. I have
only one question: should every subdomain be a separate application
with its own bin folder and configuration files, or is it ok to run code
for each subdomain from the root domain?

Thanks,
Roshawn
