Trying to integrate CSS with web app

I've read that you can use CSS in your web app so that the design of the
complete site is more uniform.
RIght now I'm working on a simple web app, so I thought it'd be a good
starting point for integrating CSS into it. How, for example, can I use CSS
so that all my pages have the same font and the same color? Or what would I
need to do so that all the controls (i.e. server-side textboxes or drop-down
lsits) have the same theme?
Any links or tutorials would be really helpful.
I'm using VS2005 2.0

Yes, you can- that's one of the purposes of CSS. Most controls have a
CSSClass or similar property. By linking the same stylesheet into your pages,
you can make them all have similar text, font, etc. appearance. You can also
use MasterPages for this which makes it even easier.

Search your favorite search engine on "CSS Tutorial" - there are many.
