Augsutus Gloop 2.0

In Wikipedia, how few links does it take to get from "Web 2.0"
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_2.0) to "Augsutus Gloop"

So far, I can only get it down to 17.

If I had as much time on my hands as you apparently do, I would have
finished my ASP.NET PhotoAlbum by now ;-)
