In 1.1, it is hardcoded and you can do nothing. Note, however, this behavior
only exists when you hit the login page directly, so you can alter the logon
event to push the user to another page.
In 2.0, you can alter this with the DestinationPageUrl property of the Login
object. This can be done declaratively (in the ASPX tag) or in code.
