I don't believe it's possible to install any program to run as a service
through a web application. It should still require some activity by a server
admin in order to install with the proper rights.

Hi Mukesh,

By means of "install a service", do you mean a service such as "Printer
Spooler" that is installed/managed by windows Service Control Manager?

Installing such a service requires administrative privilege. Normally a web
application runs under a limited account which can't install the service.
However, I believe you can impersonate to an administrative account before
installing the service. Please refer to [1] for detailed code sample.

After impersonating, you can install the service as usual in a console or
winform application.
