IIS 5.0 - ASP.NET

This is my second post for the day.
I have a web application migrated from VS2003 to VS2005.This application is
working fine with IIS5.1 version, please let me know , will there be any
problem with IIS 5.0 ?
I dont have IIS 5.0 with me so testing at this point is not possible, your
points will be really appreciated.

As long as the .NET Framework bits are installed, you should not have a
problem on any version of IIS that is supported. I have not personally
played with .NET on Windows 2000, however, so testing is in order.
