designing with gridviews

Hi all,

a have a 5x2 table that has a gridview inside each cell. I would like
to have their headers to have the same size (i.e. aligned)
While designing using VS2005 they look OK, but when the
program gets executed they get all misaligned.. Each header
now has the same properties, and text.

Thanks in advance,
Carlos.
