About Class

I want a class that store an array which will be populated with
infomation when application starts (I don't want the array be populated
every time we use this class, because the information stored in the
array doesn't change a lot. But still I want to change the information
stored in the array when needed). What should i do?
PS: Please use VB.net to write codes. Thanks.
