Need help diagnosing intermittent Memory error when running RDLC reports

When I run a specific report I intermittently, on different laptops, desktops,
etc, get this error:
An error has occurred during report processing.
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

The report is very simple, about 9 data controls with a small header. The
stored procedure for this report when I run it in Query Analyzer brings back
over 3,000 rows in less than a second.

The webserver and database server are the same machine.

How can I diagnose and resolve this problem?
