MaintainScrollPositionOnPostback doesn't work on all machines

The property MaintainScrollPositionOnPostback="true" for forms does not
seem to work on all machines. I checked it on three machines with IE v.
6.0.2900.2180. On one machine, everything was working ok as on my
development machine. On the other machine, it moves the focus on top of
page.

What could be the problem ?
