Web.config guidelines

Hello,

I'm looking for guidelines of what should NOT go into a .config file. Do
you know if there's such a document around? Thank you!

Here's a few things I don't like to see in em:

1) Unencrypted "sensitive" information
2) Stuff that belongs in a database
