load-on-startup

hi,
Tomcat has a property in web.xml , load-on-startup.
<servlet>
<servlet-name>MyServerl</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>com.bisanthe.MyServlet</servlet-class>
<load-on-startup>2</load-on-startup>
</servlet>

I am looking for an equivalent at asp.net. How can i run a class , or
an exe at server startup.
