Application root pathe added to link navigation.

Hig,
I'm developing a web app under cassini an VS 2005 .
Whenever i do any kind redirection, the root path of the application is
added to link
i itend to navigate to causing it to fail.

example Responce. Redirect("http://www.cnn.com") will try and open
--->http://localhost:2917/MyApp/http://www.cnn.com.
any help will be highly appreciated.
