AutoGenerate...Button GridView attributes

Hello I have 2 questions about the GridView attributes such as
AutoGenerateSelectButton and so on:

1) Is it possible to change the text of these autogenerated buttons?

2) Is is possible to access the Attributes collection or the
OnClientClick event of these autogenerated buttons in order to wire up
client-side confirmations and the like.
