toolbar for all browsers

hey all,
is it possible to make a toolbar that will be compatible with all browsers?
also, does anyone have some basic resources on how to create a toolbar for a
browser?

the simple things... sure

add button, add action to that button to open a webpage or even add an image
to that button, but if you hand to go deeper, all browsers have theire own
routines, so ... beter do 2 or 3 toldbars for the most popular browsers IE,
Firefox, Navigator and Safari

actually when i said toolbar i meant like the browser's toolbar (i.e. Back
Button, Home). i'd like to make sure that it's available for all browsers or
at least the popular ones. i think i might need to post in windows forms?
