displaying http link in gridview

Hello,
I'm using a custome datatable as datasource of my gridview
one of my columns contains a test like this : <a
href="http://www.somelink.net">title</a>

when I display my gridview get <a href=..... text instead of a link !

how can I tell to my gridview to interpret the html code in a column ?

please note, that I have to do it in codebehind, I don't use any aspx
file .
