ConfigurationManager.Read Error

Hi,

I am trying to use/learn
"Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.ConfigurationManageme nt" and when i am trying
to read the configuration section.
I get the
[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an
object.]
Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.ConfigurationManagemen t.ConfigurationManager.Read(String
sectionName)

I have the .DLL in the bin directory

Please advice,
