Transaction as parameter with DAAB 2.0

In my application, I have a function takes a SqlTransaction as parameter,
and I try to use Enterprise Library DAAB 2.0. Is anything wrong with the
following function?

public DataSet GetEmployees(SqlTransaction trans, string storedProcedure)

{

SqlDatabase db = new SqlDatabase(trans.Connection.ConnectionString);
//is this line of code fine in term of performance?

db.ExecuteDataSet(trans, storedProcedure, null);

}
