Scholl Management System

P: n/a
I want to develop a school management system for 20 users and I am
trying to decide if asp.net 2.0 is a proper environment for it or if I
will have serious interface limitations? Any school Management System
developed on it?

Oh how disappointing - I didn't realise the subject was a typo, and thought
you were hoping to develop some sort of management system for sandals...

Define "School Management", are we talking about a Virtual Learning
Environment (like Moodle) or a whole School administration suite (including
something like Bill Gates' world famous timetabling engine)

ASP.NET is totally qualified for this sort of application, but I'd utilise
ASP.NET as a front-end system for existing data, as an alternative to
rich-client WinForms software (they can share the same DAL/ORM classes, for
example; back in COM days this was a real headache)
