Menu&treeview

Hi all
im new to Asp.net & c#
im trying to make my first website and want to ask some questions..

I want to make tree view but want to get nodes from DB and couldnt
succes serached from net and find that i can do this with xml but i
dont know xml

actually i want to make such kind of template which i can also use
later

i find on web i want to make smthng like this and if i need later i
will just change colours and all nodes will came from database
