dynamic header and itemtemplate in repeater

Hi,

I am trying to create a repeater control anwith dynamic header and
itemtemplate. In itemtemplate i do have to show the textboxes which i am
going to create and want to retrieve the values in postback.

Can anyone get some reference web sites/ideas.
