Session expired too early

Hi,
I've set the session timeout to 20 minutes in the config file, but
nevertheless it keeps expiring way before (after 5 minutes or so
usually). I can't figure out why and the onlyl workaround I found was
to set it to a big value, but that's not very good...
Any idea what might cause this problem ?

thanks
