PostBack problems (IE 6.0 SP2) or something else

We have apllication that works OK with any browser but IE 6.0 SP2. There are
some problems when users click "button" to send data to server. The
application is too slow. (Example: one input TextBox and button. when user
type the name in the Box the user will click "button" to send data to server.
In some cases it will take 20-25- seconds to display the same name on another
TexBox???).

We meassured execution time on server and it's ok. It seems like data posted
back to browser is buffered on IE and just wait for some tine before it's
displayed. Again, we dont have this problems for IE 6.0 SP1 for example.
The production Server is Windows 2000 SP4 with all updates. Also, we have
idential pre-production server which we use to test applications. Everything
is OK for any type of browser when we use this test server.

Any clues what can be wrong?
