deployment project - create virtual directory pointing to Application folder

I want to create a deployment project which would put my web
application files into the Program Files-->MyApplication-->App-->Web

and then create a virtual directory and point it to this path.

Also, I want to run sql scripts that creates my database.

Can someone please throw some light here? Thanks in advance.
