Website works in debug but not when deployed.

I think it has something to do with my connection string(s) as the
error is:
Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted
SQL Server connection. But when i test my connection it works fine and
it works fine in debug... Besides the data source and initial
catalogue, the only other thing in my strin gis Integrated Security =
True.

Try switching your connection string to a SQL Server login rather than a
Windows Authentication login.
(e.g. uid=user;pwd=pass;)
And make sure that the SQL Server is enabled for both SQL Server and Windows
Authentication.

I tried that and its still throwing the error, connection string is
like:
ConnectionString="Data Source=db1;Initial Catalog=Temp;Integrated
Security=false;Trusted_Connection=True;uid=Test;pw d=Test"
