cargar archivo a base

Hola a todos, trabajo con asp.net y quisiera me ayudaran con algo, necesito saber como puedo cargar un archivo ya sea de cualquier tipo a una base de datos (access para mi caso), ya se que queda un poco pesado pero necesito saber como se hace,,,,,,, espero me puedan ayudar con esta inquietud.... gracias
