Dynamic SiteMapPath? Is it possible?

Hey,

I was wondering if it is possible to generate a sitemap path
dynamically/and or from sql server.

I have a master/detail page and I was wonderng if there is a way to
generate the site map on the detail page based on the passed parameter
from the master page.

Thanks!
