FormsAuthentication timeout and losing page state

Hi,

I have a page that the user enters some data into - textboxes and choosens
some options out of checkboxes and listboxes. However there is often a delay
between when they make the last amendment on the page, and when the hit the
Update button. Often the Update is requested after the FormsAuthentication
timeout has expired, so the user is re-routed to the login page again. Once
logged in the original page is displayed, but all of the state has gone - is
this a viewstate issue?

Thanks.

Nick.

This is an issue with session time out which is 20 minutes by default. If
your forms take a long time for user to fill then you can look into
increasing session timeout value. Or you can use some solution as described
in following link.
